3D Kagu Series Mats:

TruFit 3D Mats guarantees the Kagu Series of 3D Mats will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of three (3) years and 12 months wear through after retail purchase.

This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear, operation, wilful abuse, or modification. Furthermore, it does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable.

Please note that 3D Warranty does not include plastic retention components.

 

3D Maxtrac Series Mats:

TruFit 3D guarantees that the Maxtrac Series of 3D Mats we provide to you will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of five (5) years and a three year wear through warranty after retail purchase. Wear through become defective due to wear and tear from normal driving for the period of (3) year after retail purchase.

This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear (after 3 year period), operation, wilful abuse, or modification. Furthermore, it does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable.

Please note that 3D Warranty does not include plastic retention components.

 

If a TruFit 3D Mat is suspected to be defective, contact customer service as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the product, a clear photo of the defect and a proof of purchase for the warranty claim. Customers must keep a receipt of the original purchase as proof of purchase, claims will not be accepted with out this copy unless approved by management.

Additional photos or clarification may be requested from the customer in order to get a warranty claim approved. Customer Service will notify the customer of rejected claims.

Items returned before a warranty claim has been confirmed will not be accepted. Re-delivery costs/restocking fee will apply.
